“These people are dishonest and will rip you off if they get a chance.
My mother and I went here to look at a RV camper and found one that she was interested in for herself and my step-father. My step-father was not there at the time so, she decided to put down a deposit of $1,000 for them to hold it until the following day, with the full understanding that it totally depended on him to make a decision then. Later that night, my stepfather decided not to get it and my mother called to inform Mark and Frank (sales people) that she would be up to get her deposit back the next day. Frank then told her this would go to the legal dept and that she would now owe them $3,000 because of some papers she signed.
My mother asked several times what the papers were that she was signing and made it clear over and over again that her husband needed to see that camper the next day, and if he decided not to get it, the deal was she would be refunded the deposit. Now they're threatening to charge her $3,000. Be warned and stay away from these people.” -

“I also have had good luck with them. Service has been better than years past. It was never bad but I have noticed a definate change from the way things were before. They know me by name and call me with updates frequently. My neighbor bought a trailer from them last week and also said they were treated really well. I would reccomend my friends and family..just my two cents :)”

“I have had nothing but bad experience at this place. Their lack of organization and followup are dispicable. I don't knwo how they have managed to stay in business. Check the BBB they carry a c- rating. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. there was no option for no stars or that is what I would have chosen.”

“I just wanted to update by saying I've made good progress over the week. Although, my personal opinion rating remains the same, and I'll unlikely go here again, I do want express this is just my personal opinion. I also want to state my opinion on how to handle legal documents was not intended to be dealer specific. Instead it is just my opinion that most companies have their documents review by attorneys and you should not go it alone and instead do the same.
Happy RV'ing and KEEP OUT of those Roman Lion Dens.” -

Consumer Alert

“I had only one dealing with Boat N RV and it went so horrible wrong that I wouldnt go back if they were the last dealer on earth and I was desperate. However, its a free world so Id keep this in mind if you find yourself desperate for dealer:
1) Do your dealership research The web is wonderful tool to learn from others support and services received from a dealership.
2) Bring your lawyer That may sound crazy until you considered todays RV & Boats cost as much as yesterdays house. You likely brought a lawyer to your homes closing and you likely didnt buy it from a vehicle salesman. This is something I didnt do and now regret as in the long run it would have saved me of legal fees.
If youre desperate and going it alone:
1) Never believe anything until its VERY CLEARLY stated into a promissory agreement. Most dealers will use these, but mainly to protect themselves from a salesmens promising sales pitch. If you feel youre getting a PRESSURED PITCH, just stop to Will they put that in writing?
2) If so much as 1 second of storage is to be include, have this put into the promissory agreement. DO NOT sign any storage document as that makes it yours inclusive of all issues! As with the other documents, you may get pressed to sign, but this one is like driving off the lot and WAIVING YOUR STATE CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS.
3) If you are signing non-carboned documents, make certain the COPIES were not CHANGED.
4) Remember you are the consumer and the laws are in your favor. If feel you are being defrauded, then simply file a police report right then and there.
Happy RVing and try to KEEP OUT of those Roman Lion Dens.”
